The 100 Club

Seeking to constantly stretch his own boundaries, in August of 2009 Rajko developed the concept of the 100 Club. Initially it began as a creative means for Rajko to spice up his own Dragan Challenge training, but it is now evolving into a fresh new approach to the concept of the ‘home workout’.

“I’d like the 100Club to be entertaining to watch, but also an inspiration to other people to find a few minutes in their day for some essential exercise – no matter if the weather is bad, they dont have facilities or they feel too busy. It takes just a few minutes and no space at all…so just grab two dumbbells and join the 100 club with me” (Rajko)

Simply find yourself a pair of dumbbells you can Curl&Press 100 times with moderate effort, and then go ahead and lift with Rajko as he attempts his next challenge.

“I’m not sure what the 100club will evolve into, but it will always be about these three things: Personal Challenge, Reaching for limits and Taking Others Along with me on this journey. I’m going to use it to challenge and inspire myself first, and then if that works, maybe it can also inspire others.” (Rajko)
