Rajko’s Fitness Bio

Weighing in at over 90kgs, with a resting heart rate of just 35bpm, and a world record in endurance dumbbell lifting, Rajko is an impressive athlete. Having studied at the UK’s leading Institute of Sport (Loughborough University) where he competed at the highest level, Rajko now pioneers the brutally effective Hour of Power Workout and Dragan Challenge, travelling with his father (and fitness legend) Dragan Radovic, to the world’s leading Health and Fitness Expos. Rajko is the National Director of Fitness4x4 Ltd, and the presenter of the Hour of Power Workout DVD series.

In 2007 Rajko was selected to feature in the highly acclaimed BBC documentary Last Man Standing, taking an epic 14month journey to compete in extreme tribal sports against some of the world’s most remote tribesmen. Rajko’s contribution to the show earned him the title of “Fitness Guru” and despite broken bones, torn ligaments and poisonous insect bites, his performance left him as joint leader at the show’s conclusion.

Rajko is currently an elite trainer of athletes, fighters and non-competitive fitness enthusiasts, as well as a highly experienced Well-Being Coach to students and teenagers. At just 33 years of age, he is looking to not only exceed his current fitness accomplishments, but perhaps more significantly to take his father’s legacy – The Hour of Power workout, to a whole new generation.

Recent accomplishments include:

  • Setting a new official record of 750 lifts of 20kg dumbbells at Bodypower Show 2010 at Birmingham NEC
  • Leading a spectacular 800-student & Staff Hour of Power Class at Robert Clack School in East London, the first recorded “Entire School” Fitness activity.
  • Beginning the “100 Club” Challenge, by climbing Ben Arthur with two 20kg dumbbells and completing 100 endurance lifts at its peak.
