Fitness4x4® is the exercise training method which Rajko has followed for more than ten years. Developed by his father Dragan Radovic more than thirty years ago, Fitness4x4, and the associated aerobic workout the Hour of Power®, is a uniquely and effective training method that has enabled Rajko to set two world records in upper-body endurance. It's emphasis on total body fitness and simultaneous cardio/strength conditioning make it a highly efficient form of training which Rajko believes has allowed him to attain remarkable levels of fitness with relatively small time investment:.

"My father created it more than thirty years ago, so I've grown up with it. But as a teenager I was never interested in his training concept because my philosophy was that sport was interesting and fun, whilst exercise and training was boring and unnecessary . As an adult however, it was hard to ignore the fact that my fifty-year-old father was fitter than me and spending less time exercising than me! So I learned from him over a period of years and then began to teach others about it too, running seminars, training courses and even making a fitness DVD. I no longer work as an instructor, but I am still involved in Fitness4x4 training seminars, and a Fitness Retreat my father has developed in Montenegro. So one way or another fitness is, and always will be a crucial part of my life."
